The Climate Care Certified Package offered by Ultimate Pools is the first of any swimming pool building company in NZ to satisfy the program’s stringent requirements.

The new Climate Care Certified option is a completely environmentally friendly package. It allows consumers to purchase a pool with confidence, knowing that their plunge pool delivers verifiable water & energy savings that have been certified by the peak industry body.

What are the criteria for meeting the Climate Care Certification standards?

For your pool to qualify for Climate Care Certification, it must include a minimum of 7 of the following features:

  • Vantage Self-cleaning system
  • Pool cover
  • Solar heating or energy-efficient heat pump
  • Backwash minimising systems and pre-filtration device
  • Energy-efficient pump or variable speed
  • Naked Pool sanitisation system
  • Robotic or other auto cleaners
  • AFM Filter media
  • LED Pool lighting
  • 50mm plumbing
  • Hydraulic efficient plumbing e.g sweep elbows instead of 90-degree elbows
