Warren’s background includes policing, franchisee of five McDonald’s restaurants and a large supermarket. Owning Poolside North Shore introduced him to the retail, valet and Maintenance aspects of pool care. Poolside is involved with over 1000 pools throughout the year so there’s nothing he doesn’t know about what’s happening in the Auckland north area. Big on training and personal growth, he searches the world constantly looking for the latest technology and research to make his pools the best. His commitment to all our new owners is to keep in touch and train them in all aspects of water balance and pool care.
Steve has been involved in the swimming pool industry for 5 years and has a wealth of experience in installation, maintenance and construction. Prior to his involvement, he was a sworn Police Officer and Coastal Master on the Police vessel Deodar. He was responsible for coordinating large groups of people, vessels and equipment. This included maintaining the vessel equipment and training staff. He is also a Registered Electrician and commercial skipper.
